@kadonye - Well, I have never been 'allocated' any land anywhere... If that makes me 'ordinary' then I am content... I have worked/invested my way to where I am...

As usual gava puts its foot in its mouth at our (taxpayer) expense!

ARM (if they are in the clear) should SUE the Nation Group for insinuating (without conclusive proof) that ARM was involved in scams...

BUT I still feel the right thing was to sell the subsidized fertilizer to farmers not middle-men...

ARM did have a point that Kenya needs 'specific' formulations thus why doesn't GoK support LOCAL firms like ARM?

Huge potential loss for GoK (aka I the taxpayer) on GeoChem & KEBS sweetheart deal!!! Raila can bark but only kibaki can fire...

Another mega-loss (delays, etc) coz KenGen appointed ShengLi for the Geothermal plant... procurement 'errors' and corruption... Even eddy njoroge admits to procurement rules not being followed...

Hmmm... If it was stolen but it was not... according to the FAK...

And if it was stolen then all ARM would have to surrender it to GoK... and sue the seller (S&S)...

Interesting... many are ready to blame ARM (who BOUGHT the fertilizer at market prices) yet are SILENT on S&S, NCPB or GoK... why is that?

What does the advert on pg22 Daily Nation suggest?

Bag Markings
Ministry of Agriculture, Coat of Arms of Kenya, Flag of Japan, From people of Japan.

These fertilizers are not the ones imported or subsidized by the Government of Kenya. We continue to offer these products for sale.

But the consequence of the advert seem to be ARM is trading at 115 and is the top gainer of the day +8.49%
