Area is between Kumpa & Bull Eye Town Centers 20 or so Minutes from Kajiado town.

1. 3 Acres @ 650,000 Kshs per acre selling as a block. its 3 Kms from the main road. Optiven has some commercial plots at the main road.

2. 5 Acres selling at 350,000 Per acre 8 to 9 Kms from the main road selling as a block

When will you stop ripping off Kenyans?

Kindly deceist because God is watching! Based on your description.....those plots should not be going for more than 70k

Boss in the course of my valuation profession, i have traversed most parts of this country. The only place i have never been to and have no idea on land use is the Lamu, Mpeketoni side!!

Do this, what is the best use that the said parcels of land can be put into? That should make you see the sense am talking about.

@UpcomingPaperChaser My number one land use if finances allowed me would be investing in a Private cemetery. Where will all these people buying gated communities and holiday homes end up?Where will the food they eat come from? Where will electricity come from?

With a plan any land even in Turkana can be put into good use.

Maybe When Kenyatta was acquiring all these lands we accuse them of grabbing people were wondering how this land will be used

You took offence without reason. What @UpcomingPaperChaser said, and you very well know it is true, is that that land you are selling is greatly overpriced. 350k per acre, 20 mins from Kajiado, 9km from the road is quite pricey.

Good luck getting a buyer.

I live in the mentioned areas for 5 Months now and the land is being sold by neighbouring Maasais and other non locals who bought land some years back.

A bargain is always welcome but that will be between interested parties and the land owner.

Just this year I have seen alot of developments coming up

Its a persons choice buy land in Syokimau 40by80 at 1.9 M where even keeping a Jogoo or a goat annoys the civilized neighbours.

Land for 50 to 70K is also available but not anywhere near there.
