I've also been studying body language and there was a time a friend was showing me some clips about the alpha. He began by asking me to identify the alpha from a still, and I couldn't do it.

however I think one can fake it until you make it as experiments have shown that you can actually increase your testosterone by taking alpha poses for example the V pose like this
by 20% and shrinking adds cortisol production by 10%
if you can avoid the posses za huyu jamaa on your right - you will be set


While Baks was more alpha than RAO... even he actually forced many people to play his game by dictating timing... an alpha is always on his own schedule but RAO is an alpha in his own right. I have met him in person and Burisasi has quite a way with taking space and dictating pace and seemingly being unbothered by things he has not initiated - look at the start of this video... TOTALLY ALPHA


The more i think about it... may things make sense that on face value shouldn't....
1) Why do chicks dig "bad boys"? Bad boys don't play by the rules and are the only ones who can pull moves like these

in a public place.... they also cheat in public
2) why do/did "some" chicks "traditionally" fall for men with vitambi? a Kitambi makes you walk in an alpha pose... not yet found a man with a kitambi cowering like a rained on chicken.
