Kama hii si siasa ya CCM (Tanzania ruling party) then mimi sijui siasa I see no problem with that question.It is statingca fact. Maybe if they had said who will never be......that would have been wrong.  Never say never. Since when did a KCPE have multiple choice upto to E. Which subject is this civics????????? oops my bad..its actually social studies....not civics...civics is a component of social studies. I hope most kids got this question right Dumb money becomes dumb only when it listens to smart money
