Exactly ......... Bugger was mcheled/clande issues and now want to die with the Coop Bank.

Banks have audit trail of activities on customer account.

And the tusky till receipts has no time entries...fake job mate!!!

Really?? I think they do have time entries.

My view is that this issue must be taken to its logical conclusion to either call out on this "JuliusNjogu" or the bank and its security measures.

Interesting.
The story above has many gaps but Co-op may not be 100% spotless. In 2012 my mum's handbag was stolen while in traffic in Ngara on a Friday at about noon. Unfortunately she had her PIN in some notebook in the same bag,so clearly she was messed up. At least for about 72 hours till Monday.
However,we went straight to Central police got abstracts and headed to University way branch to ask that her card be blocked. Some lady keenly noted her details but later asked that she reports to her branch(Kitale)
I don't think they blocked that card immediately. She travelled the same day and next day reported to her branch - and it was 'blocked'.
The interesting thing is that when she rechecked with her branch on Tuesday, she was informed that widthdrawals still took place upto Monday! They just took her round in circles after that with regards to the Monday withdrawal. She just took what was left and parted ways with the bank.
As much you can dismiss the story above, I for one will advice people to NEVER trust Co-op Bank staff especially with information on lost ATM cards. If possible,I rush to my branch and withdraw the whole loot on the counter.
