Guys, if you were given a million Kenya shillings (that is USD 9,790 as of 5th of Nov 2015 at 4:15pm) and 10 years to invest.
Where would you park (invest) the cash and why?
NB: Capital erosion should be kept at minimum
Thanks
Sewe

A Wazuan was profound in a different thread. sparkly wrote:Invest in what you understand. If you understand neither, entrust the money with an investment professional as you learn the game. Meaning in a 10 year horizon, you should make a decent return in land, stocks, bonds, business, almost any investment venture really - as long as you know it ...and have paid losses, earlier, to master it.

Enjoy every moment of your life, you never know when your time will come.

Ever heard of the law of diminishing returns. That land has increased by 320 times. Now, do you seriously expect it to be worth 320 * 320 million = 102 Billion 10 years from now?? and 320 * 102 Billion = 32.8 Trillion 10 years from then (that is 20 years from now)??? Tafakari hayo!!! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
