I thought this huge trades in a bear should attract heavy discounts.why would one get it almost 10% expensive than previous market price? ?stocks leave me wondering at times

Even EPS will not help here, since future projections of the two firms are worlds apart. Its advisable when considering choice between two stocks to atleast envision those in the same sector. otherwise, you are better off analysing the strenth of carbacid as carbacid

EPS is just a start. We understand that. There are many factors to take into consideration.
