We wholeheartedly apologise for beginning your Friday on this note.

Wazua had it's third ailment since inception, our longest downtime to date that lasted over an hour. Only our facebook and twitter platforms were unaffected. Error started at about 8.20am and lasted a little over an hour.

Issue was occasioned by a server issue - 'hosting reconfiguration' - that was not communicated to us. We will take the issue as a learning point and move on.
