Need ideas - live in diaspora - have a ka-quarter acre in Nanyuki town in the middle of residential area and border a private primary school on one side - need to have some activity happening on the plot to avoid grabbers - any inexpensive ideas on how to make use of it?

bee keeping..very minimal supervision and there is demand for honey

In town and in the middle of residential area and next to private school. Bee keeping??
Why not lease the yard for garage, Car wash etc.
Even a BrOKeN clock is right twice a day
