Tremendous increment in finance costs - 3.35 fold!!! Formal education will make you a living. Self-education will make you a fortune - Jim Rohn.

If the sales from Tanga increase [as the plant becomes fully operational] then the increased finance cost can be covered by Tanga's profits. When a plant is considered WIP, the interest is capitalized. Now it has to be expensed. I need to get hold of the Cash Flow statement to see what the movement is. Was any change in value of the forex loan taken as Finance Costs vs Unrealized Forex Loss? Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

It could even be him QW and his whipping ****s. Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.

For long, I have thought this company is overvalued.Little did I know its achilles heels are foreign denominated loans, now coupled with increasing stiff competition in the sector, the road ahead is tough. 2 billion shillings in unrealized losses is no joke.
