@mazingira pole sana. thats a huge slide, but fear not; better days are coming. my average price is KES 8.6

Those who can entet this stock in enmasse at the current prices will be millionaires in a couple of years.

yes....

that is the gospel truth @impunity @maka.. problem with wazua is that most of us here watch the boards daily. KQ isnt such a stock. U cannot watch the price of KQ daily, maybe quarterly. I may ne wrong, but in my view there is no stock at the NSE that is as underpriced as KQ at the moment.

Being stubborn and actually liking KQ's services have kept me in here. I fail to understand why they are making losses as they are almost full and they charge exorbitant rates for coast to Nairobi and vice versa. ??? Someone must want to buy the airline on the cheap , KQ has the potental to SOAR but needs to get its act right before the SGR opens up coz 4 hrs at low cost and good comfort on a train will hurt KQ

SGR will have slight impact. Africa is the bread basket where KQ is loosing it.. But as said earlier, it shall be well. Jilted lovers such as @vvs will be wailing when we clock KES 14, KES 25, KES 40..

This stock will surprise poeple...even if it touches 2 bob, the stock will mint millionaires, dollar-millionaires.

This stock has made paupers from millionaires in the last 8 years. Naikuni defrauded us at the last rights issue saying that the proceeds were for the mawingu expansion whereas the money was for buying fuel, paying employees and just to stay solvent.

Wait for a proper hit of bear in town.....this stock will obey force of gravity embark on its way to abyss of 2.00 bob coz of the cash call embedded on it. Meltdown is the order of the day whenever rights issue is attached to a stock.

There has been no mention of a rights issue by any newsworthy source. Let us not imagine that the board can turn to shareholders for more cash. Its simply unpalatable

If you find yourself in a hole do you-
1. Dig faster; or
2. Stop digging?

It depends on the reason for being in the hole. If its in search for water or gold, u must continue digging with eternal hope! but if u arent sure why u are in the hole, its best to stop digging immediately. averaging down is a strategy I have used in select cases to my benefit but on KQ I have been hesitant to increase personal exposure since the turnaround is promised, but out of sight.. 18months is a fairly long time to wait for a rebound on a firm which has had failing indicators for the last 3 years..

Watermelon. Flip-flop.
Mara it will make us millionaires and you want to be thanked later.
Every 6 months, you say the next 6 months will see a turnaround.
Now you are hesitant to buy more shares. And think the turnaround will take 18 months.
