Somebody says: "suspected to have gone on a rampage of sex and possibly sex". Code for police not knowing what they were doing. Kids are too bright to go to a discotheque located in the main street in Eldoret for sex at 2pm . They'll do it in the house . Story only makes sense to the police, the writer of this story and some gullible naïve parents. The club doesn't sell alcohol in these things so they couldn't even arrest them for mututho rules misdemeanors .The police conducted a swoop and needed some justification.

It reminds me of Hollywood Club rooftop. Wa-rasta walikuwa wakiwasha weed vinoma. Past midnight smoking weed in reggae clubs was a normal thing.
