I think it's in their DNA now these present day teachers to go for strikes every year. Even if pay dispute is resolved (hopefully not in their favor) they'll look for another reason to go for strike next year. Maybe that the holiday should be lengthened, annual leave entitlement etc etc. It's become a ritual

ION Sossion amemea pembe to an extent that he is telling off everybody. The President ,Deputy, TSC etc. He has warned of dire consequences if new teachers are recruited including calling another strike. Hahaha.
