Just curious,
Does Tusky's own the T-Mall building or are they renting?If they own it ,has it been built using their own funds or borrowed cash?

Overall i think nakumatt is bigger than tuskys but that said the latter is catching up quickly esp. with their expansions into the estates while nakumatt target the more upmarket areas. also Naivas is making inroads into territory formerly held by nakumatt eg along Thika rd.
