I have been using ZUKU Fiber for the last 2 years now (R 20- 20Mbs). Its very reliable, no disconnections, and within budget.

Let me say i am also a happy zuku customer. They do have occasional downtime but they send text messages to alert you. I use the R8. It is very budget friendly compared to Safaricom for example. I just couldn't deal with being charged per MB when they killed their unlimited internet. i have had it for quite a few years now.

I use R10. Semi-reliable at best, you'll be busy contacting their contact centre often, as service isn't so relaible.

Speeds have improved (I was forced from R8 to R10 LOL).

They are basically a monopoly now...there is no credible option other than them.
Zuku slashes monthly charges.

http://www.businessdaily.../-/11oq1sx/-/index.html
That story talks of " a new service package, dubbed Zuku Infinite, which will see customers either subscribe for Internet and telephone services or Internet and pay television, or take third option that has telephone, Internet and pay television bundled together"

The Zuku website only has the last option as before. Are they actually offering say Internet and telephone(That would be closest to internet only that I need)? If so whats the cost for 1 Mbps,10 Mbps?

you have to call them or message them on facebook here and ask them for the internet rates IN YOUR AREA. they have different rates for different areas.like in Umoja estate (yes they do have faiba) they are charging 2k for 4mbps.
