Ufisadi na uhasama. Why do the centum employees pay themselves huge bonusses in cash yet the board wont issue dividends or even bonus shares. In addition this growth in asset values is determined by whom? How can the board/ employees decide the asset values then agree on bonus to be paid to themselves. Why not give the bonus in shares rather than cash. Very warped thinking that fattens the directors while lying to shareholders that growth is taking place.
In addition, if target growth per yr is 15% and it is achieved, shouldn' t they make the target 20% for next yr rather than maintain the 15%. The shareholders are being robbed blind by the employees. Negative cash flow but cash bonuses!!!
