Hello everyone. I would like to seek some advice from any real estate legend. I need someone to point me in the right direction. How did you begin? I just started a business, which is risky in nature (easy entry for competitors) and therefore I need a good place to invest whatever amount I make. Simply put, I will afford to get at least Ksh 100,000 per month for a viable real estate project. How do I go about it? Which route should I follow for maximum returns except flipping houses?

Buy to let is a good way. However, it sometimes becomes a bottomless pit. You will always be broke. Its a great secure place to protect value though. Email hortoncapital@gmail.com and we can talk

Read through the "Question for Architect" thread.

@Horton. Please feel free to share the information here. Any leads to a place where I can get a 50by 100 at around 800k-1m where one bedroom units can fetch good rent? Preferably within a 50 mile radius from Nairobi or near Thika...please share all information here for all to benefit.

@Jon Jones, u seem to know what u want.

The reason I asked u to get in touch was to understand ur needs. its not a one trick pony, it's different needs, different strategy.

Kind Regards,
mthaka
