Reselling bandwidth is tricky kwanza when you start mambo ya wireless. Hii story ya secrecy makes me start very far away. Any seller tells the customer what he is selling. The impression was that you can sambaza internet Kenya mzima, or at least good enough areas.

Shame on you

Interesting thread hope it doesn't end like the green house one.Anyway the service costs 2k for 1Mbps and available in Komarock.
I had called Cornelius earlier and that's the information he gave me.

@Geof,
You are more open. You should be appointed as the marketing guy..
Now ,that 2k is with or w/o VAT?What of setup fee?

the whole of komarock is covered by zuku cable and they are offering 1mbps at ksh 1,199, buying the same 1 mbps for 2k is just a waste

Marketing guy...not in this life.Anyway i had called to get information about the package but all i got was that the service is only available in Komarock.@ Cornelius correct me if i got it wrong.
I am sure he will give us more details about the package so that any Wazuan living in the covered areas can "enjoy" the package.Pray Pray Pray

called the number and the one who received really insisted I tell him from which site I got the number - too bad they don't cover the area where I would have needed the service.
Lakinia as @Chaka amesema you are more open about the service

http://zuku.co.ke/fiber/coverage

It's 2999/month.

Equipment charges of about 4000 and 1 month free. Has phone, TV and internet.

Some areas such as Runda, Muthaiga, Limuru Rd etc only have the triple play fiber packages starting from 10Mbs at 4299/month.

Liquid Telcom has been doing corporate, now they are doing fiber to home with the brand "Hai". They launched in Zambia, will launch in Kenya and Rwanda.

I visited their Zambian site, and saw the fees, JTL's 5mb Faiba is way cheaper, by about half.

Was hoping that they'd give Faiba some competition, but lets wait and see what their fees and coverage will be in Kenya, when they launch.

They tried to bury us, they didn't know we were seeds.

as a fiber isp you need to be first to market and lock it down

Zuku has kind of locked down majority of the middle income earners in Nairobi and nobody beats their prices
