That was deeply disturbing...

Guy doesn't even have a license/permit...

If you're a lady going to a local gyna, it seems you must be accompanied to the treatment room by your sister or friend, just to be on the safe side.

There was a Nigerian gyna who had done the same to over 200 women, spanning a 7 year period...discovered just by accident...
