Rank: Member Joined: 6/12/2008 Posts: 92		Anyone mentions Naks and I get nostalgic from my college days. The town where it can rain like crazy and not long after,there is hardly a trace. Completely loved the place and the environs. Hope to one day retire to such a serene environment. Well,minus the occasional tribal tensions in Molo. I could never quite figure the obsession with mattresses though. Time and chance happen to all.

I even understand one of the director of Nakumatt is based at Tuskys h/office! They also seems to share/benefit from economies of scale,with Nakumatt Trucks being used to deliver supplies to Tuskys. I think what made Nakuru dukawallas so adept at retail business was early exposure and thrift, preparing them for the national stage I may be wrong..but then I could be right

Nakumatt has made it bigtime just visit Nakumatt westgate and Nakumatt Ukay - u will be supprised.Its always Packed that ka-road should even be renamed to Nakumatt Lane. Tuskys is also catching up especially with their bakery section.
