We recorded a 77% growth in Gross Earned Premiums

The Regional business is 19.9% of the business bringing in- 2.12 Billion

In the Balance Sheet we can see: 39% Growth in Total Assets

Asset Management Profitability grew by 57%

We aim to Increase our property portfolio to between 20% & 30% and Reduce reliance on equities <30%

The other top reason we're here is the property strategy, where we are on track despite the set back with Acorn.

Corporate culture sucks at this company...they gloat about topline growth but insurance is about your claims...growing your float...building a balanced asset portfolio not acquiring loss making companies to boost your share price or having no 1 market share at the expense of your margins

Iko watu watalia hapa.Their asset portfolio must be pretty sucky if it can have a reversal of 3.9b in a years time frame.Smells like a hedge fund.That is a very volatile portfolio which would make for some interesting reading if availed. Partly explains the steroid bull run it has had.
The main purpose of the stock market is to make fools of as many people as possible.

They are now saying they plan to increase the income from their property portfolio so that it contributes about 20-30% of their income.
I wonder when the properties they are building will be fully occupied;
They have the 34 storey building Britam towers
There is still the Real twin towers building.
All situated in Upper Hill

Even when they listed they were still planning to increase property portfolio. Don't know how much they've achieved since
