I need to immobilize some shares that are not on the CDS system.
Does anyone know where this form can be found anywhere online? I have checked everywhere without any luck. Your help will be much appreciated.

There are no soft copies of CDS2 forms yet. Pick a copy from your broker or send someone to pick one for you and post it to you if you are out of the country.

You are too harsh.

If you are so "with it", what are you doing with certificates this long after automation of trading?

Just ask your broker to send you the forms; fill them and send them back.
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

@ mukiha - if you find me too harsh, then you are too forgiving :)we deserve better.

If I was in the neighbourhood, I wouldn't have the certs. That said, I am only waking up to this investing manenos, in which case we can conclude, I am not so 'with it'.

finally got a reply from my stock broker. The cds2 forms are serialized, hence are not offered online in softcopy.
