Am selling my share in a prpoety investment in Zimmerman. The property has a title i collect a rental income of 70k from 10 bedsitters and 1 bedroomed unit. If interested get in touch price 7.5 million negotiable

Does this mean there are other partners/owners? Size? Why are you selling?

I want to cash n invest else where, this arrangement is very common in zimmerman where people join hands buy a plot with a title each person is given a portion and his/her name appears in the title (sectional ownership) for ease of building you build together but each person knows his/her portion.it is very convinient to build this way. If i managed to sell am going to replace my name in the title with that of the buyer.

yes, its what is called sectional ownership and has been discussed hapa kwa wazua. Am selling to fund my other investments.
