Boss get a QS or a structural engineer to get this info as this will affect the stability of yr house.

to get an estimate, employ the services of a QS. to get the exact cost of construction, distribute the drawings and unpriced Bills of Quantities to a minimum of 5 contractors and ask them to price independently. This way, you will be able to pick out the lowest/best quoted cost of construction
