@cnn sameer owns 25% of the business park. The rest is owned by merali's other private businesses. Of course he will gain handsomely. Proceed with knowledge

@cnn, the park is not a part of Firestone, like it is not a part of Sasini or Dimension Data or KDN. Buying into Sameer (Yana) will not give you ownership of the Park.

The cost is 2.2 billion shillings. On 8.8 acres of land.500 000sq ft of office space, showrooms and retail shops over 5 blocks.
I have no idea on the charges per sq ft.

As mentioned... Only 25% owned by Sameer Africa (tyres)... Which means all can be hidden by the other 75% coz it need not be consolidated or audited by Sameer Tyres auditors...

I second VVS - any Merali controlled stocks are to be approached with extreme caution. Profits might generate but you are not sure that they will accrue to the shareholders.

Mereli is a gambler per excellence. Other shareholders are collateral in his schemes.

merali lines his pocket at shareholder expense... he has the inside info we do not...

Sameer Park is only 25% owned by Sameer Tyres... The cream will be eaten...

merali firms supply goods & services (including 'management') to all his listed firms... So he gets much more beyond the 'dividend'...
