But what happened to the rights issue? Did CMA decline to approve???How long should it ideally take between the resolution and actual implementation.

That is a matter for the shareholders not CBK. If you and your wife are having domestic issues, it does not matter to the bank who makes the (joint) mortgage payments. If CBK gets serious then NBK could be fined or have restrictions placed on it. Note, I said IF...
