[/quote] I believe so in EAC [or greater EAC] but it's a close race with Jubilee. I remain a fan of Jubilee. Perhaps Jubilee has more (large) business but Britam is the Equity of Insurance with branches and agents all over the EAC countries.

@vvs ni mvutaji wa sigara kubwa.. anasemaje kuwa britam ni kubwa Kenya. Profitwise it cant hold a candle to Jubilee.. CIC holds a much larger marketshare while UAP & APA are dangerously close to Britam

Add the issue of them reinstating earnings early this year, Wairegi leaving, Dr. James Mwangi resigning as director etc. All these are not good signs to me.
