Please use the money for that bottle to buy bundles on Monday; Tuesday ; Thursday to read the land cases here; current and old. Family shortchanging family. Fake titles. Being naive. how the law treats your case. lawyers. Gova. An not an alarmist but this will help. Familys are crying. It a torrent but search & read. There is a search box a the bottom. Tricks. Greed. allotment letters. sub divisions. In endebess; mweiga; karen; Siaya; mombatha; kilimani; and hewa.

I pen off with this but other wazuans can share so that we can learn.

Read carefully and share.

Just read one case and already wondering how many judgements have found the Commissioner of Lands to be at fault and therefore responsible for damages and costs. That office is a liability to the taxpayer!

Sorry. Even big time investors need to learn from these cases. Read another one where a guy was buying a house from Kenya Re. He paid the 4m deposit . Somehow he became a tenant. Finally claims in court that he had fully paid for the house. How? Interest from the deposit at 18%. Here we go. The scary bit is Kenya Re application was dismissed. Meaning things can go either way in court.

Also look at the traffic cases. My goodness. Search the word accident and read 2-3 cases. I think we assume alot when we get into transport business or when happy speeding down the roads. That vehicle can easily make you poor for the rest of your life.

For who are too busy. I will summarized the first case at the top.

A guys buys a prime plot in kile. Goes to Shelter Afrique and borrows about 171m puts up Apartments. Another guy appears with a title deed for the same plot. They end up in court.

Judgement.
Both titles are valid but since the one of the new comer was issued first; he is the rightful owner.
So the developer is given 30days or so to demolish the 171m apartments at his cost. And claim from Govt who were found to be at fault for issuing 2 titles. Will the Gover pay Asap????? Another legal battle for the developer.

Unfortunately Shelter Afrique recalls the 171m loan. You know what; if the developer secured the loan with another of his property, that one goes to. SAD.
