Garissa mastermind is Gamadhere. The guy who was has been nyama chomad is called Dhere.

Seems like it was superb planning executed by KDF and US Forces. KDF engaged the militants 40Km away at Jungal killing 51 while the commander thought he was safe away from the action only for the Hellfire to rain on him.
