I think a parliamentary system is much more appropriate for the kind of society we have in Kenya today. In a Parliamentary system, parties pick their candidates through an electoral college as you have in places such as India, Israel and Britain and then the parties compete and the biggest one forms the government.
Basically, Raila is saying Kenyans can no longer be trusted to vote for the right Raila, oops, candidate [I don't know why I keep confusing that part] and as a result the process should be left to the MPigs because they are know to be of high integrity, incorruptible, have the will of Kenya and Kenyans at heart etc. etc.
Now read the quote below before the election - when he thought he was going to win!!!
