I'm registering a business name (not a ltd company) with a partner who is an Australian citizen. He'll move to Kenya in say, a year but he's currently based in Australia.

I'm a Kenyan, resident in Nairobi. I'm required to submit a) KRA tax PIN b) passport photos and c) ID/passport copy with my BN2 form to Sheria House.

I however have have no idea if I need all those for my partner. If I do need all those for my partner, it appears that he'd need to get an alien ID to get the KRA PIN but it seems like he'd need to be physically present in the country to get the alien ID.

Anyone here have a clue if I need all 3 items (a,b,c) from my partner?
