Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Congrats "Whiteowl" for your Predictions!!! I wonder if you were Blackowl what much you could have predicted?
In Markets its healthy to predict and is taught or learned as "Market Predictions" by a Buyer or Seller. Seems you have interest in this stock as I do. I am still buying. I Predict a price rise and a strip dividend and bonus in near future.
Did Whiteowl read the Link. Its too fertile!!!smile

Random info on Centum:

Looks like they are going into high-end property market in a big way
Two rivers phase I=Two rivers mall to be to open in October 2015:

Funding:
Chinese 6.8 billion for a 38.9% ownership
ICDC 462 million for a 23% ownership (sweet deal)
Coop loan 7.2 billion

Tenants: 60% booked by international high-end retailers

Two rivers phase II=Flats. Construction to begin in August and Open in Dec 2016.
Cost=3.8 billion for 108 flats (funders unclear from article)
Not sure whether they will sell these flats or rent them…

Question is: isn't the property market getting crowded? It seems like everybody and their pet are building a mall and/or flats.

It's true it's getting over crowded but tthere is a saying that there are plenty of fish in the ocean but there is few unique ones. Maybe this might the unique one

Chinese sueing a Kenyan Company is like jumping into an abyss and shouting/crying or even committing suicide. This would have lead to them loosing more contracts. As I said elsewhere in previous post they ought to keep mum and get subcontracts on what they loose than run to court.

I'm a fan of Centum but am not too thrilled by this Lebanese education stuff. How many rich Kenyans want to send their kids to a middle Eastern school? They should have done simple research to see that most Kenyans send their kids off to Western affiliated schools. That's why the UK, USA, Australia etc are favorite places to go for studies.

Less please!

It feels like they are doing too much, such that they look like they are throwing darts to see what sticks.

Hold on, hold on.MV-Ufanisi before you capsize in India Ocean like the Oraro and Oraro advocates. Sabis are international schools with head officess in USA, UK,Germny, Egypt, Romani, Pakistan, MiddleEast offering international Carriculum same like GEMS. The Investor who approached Centum may well be in the UAE headquarter who wnt to expand his portifolio. Middle east is a fertile ground because of large number of foreigners in all industries. It is not the background NCC primary schools in Nairobi, these are self contained schools like GEMS, Brookhouse, etc .
This is a way to keep land useful and make money with increased number of foreigners and locals who may want their children study here.
Next time MV I will report you to Ahmednassir smile

Brookhouse is local but offers GCSE.
GEMS is from Dubai but run by Indians. Offers GCSE. Has campuses the world over geared to expats.
Sabis may be similar. Campuses all over the world. Geared to expats. Offer UK/US exams.

Centum could have done better partnering with Crawford schools in South Africa or similar UK or American schools. Most expats in Kenya are Westerners and a lot of rich Kenyans prefer Western schooling style especially if they are going to pay top dollar. That is all.

Come'on MV-Ufanisi...marriages are for those people who offer themselves to each other. Sabis proposed and so the bride answered "Yes". All others need to be Music!!Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly
