I'm a fan of Centum but am not too thrilled by this Lebanese education stuff. How many rich Kenyans want to send their kids to a middle Eastern school? They should have done simple research to see that most Kenyans send their kids off to Western affiliated schools. That's why the UK, USA, Australia etc are favorite places to go for studies.[/quote]

Hold on, hold on.MV-Ufanisi before you capsize in India Ocean like the Oraro and Oraro advocates. Sabis are international schools with head officess in USA, UK,Germny, Egypt, Romani, Pakistan, MiddleEast offering international Carriculum same like GEMS. The Investor who approached Centum may well be in the UAE headquarter who wnt to expand his portifolio. Middle east is a fertile ground because of large number of foreigners in all industries. It is not the background NCC primary schools in Nairobi, these are self contained schools like GEMS, Brookhouse,etc .
This is a way to keep land useful and make money with increased number of foreigners and locals who may want their children study here.

Centum could have done better partnering with Crawford schools in South Africa or similar UK or American schools. Most expats in Kenya are Westerners and a lot of rich Kenyans prefer Western schooling style especially if they are going to pay top dollar. That is all.
