If kq was an uchumi it could also have quoted the sale of embakasi yard as claw back profit
And it will in the 2H ... watch this space. If not as an outright 'profit' then as an increase in the 'Investment Property' or 'Property, Plant and Equipment'
I wonder if the KQ accounts will be qualified on the basis of the auditors not sure if it can continue as a 'going concern'
