Dear Wazuans,

Has anyone dealt with African Alliance Securities Kenya of late?

I requested a funds transfer almost a week ago via RTGS and despite 2 trips to the bank and an email reminder, they have not transferred the funds. This is the 2nd time it has happened.

I used to rate the local AA branch highly but it seems ever since 2010-2011 the quality of services has been on a gradual decline.

If you cannot simply transfer funds, I am afraid as to its customer service or financials or both. I rate this brokerage junk!

@ecstacy, I have found AA to be the best among 3 brokers that I use. Payment usually received on the 4th working day (don't count the day of the sale and weekends/holidays).

wont say they are useless but they have their issues...and I concur they were awesome a while back before Lucas left,YES/NO?
