Its a weekend and I don't see many people at the garden city, even the predicted jam is not there although it's boring to drive in from the other side of the road

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

The "sightseeing" crowds took enough selfies last week. What we have now are the serious shoppers.

Lol got me,
I actually didn't go to buy anything just to see what all this hype is an being in construction to see the quality of the building,I didn't take any selfies since all I could see were semi-naked high school age girls in groups on the corridors.

Have you ever heard of market segmentation ?. They are not serving the same segments and thus how far they are from one another does not really matter.
