How to con yourself using wazua

I'd been coning myself big time even before joining wazua, but joining wazua was something of a high point in self deception.

The argument that being part of a network of smart people who are keen to educate and learn would help me make better decisions, see things more clearly, and even derive enjoyment of life is apparently so vain and shallow. . .

Even after losing a fortune he still believes there's a true psychic out there.

Yes. I like this 'meaning' especially:

justification to themselves – as a way of dealing with the cognitive dissonance that results from inconsistencies between the way they treat others and what they believe about themselves.

I believe that's how cons start.
