Shame on you Shame on you Shame on you this is no South C man they have fire fighters who respond immediately and incase you are the local Kisero, you do not need to call the local Waitas or waiti for the local Sonko rescue team you just dial 911 and they come to your rescue.

@Kiash - How long did they take to rescue folks after Katrina. If your memory is failing you, you can Google. And just in case you forgot, your a$$ is black!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

I know you say this kwa utani tu...but no country in Africa has ever experienced anything close to a hurricane, typhoon or tornado and if anything of that sort would ever happen the international community would be coming to burn/bury your bodies because you'd all be found badly decomposed. The rain in Houston was more than what they usually receive in a year Hii mvua ya kenya ni ya kawaida tu, we shouldn't even try to compare ourselves with some countries the thought is embarrasing. Its time us nyeithi stopped being complacent and started getting serious in being proactive in planning.

Waa.....Those pics. In the night shot, the Chev Camaro on the left is submerged in water, yet all its lights are on?....and while all the other cars/trucks were swept to one side, the Camaro stayed put!!

I think the cars were parked on the side to avoid the rising water, at least looking at how they are placed it seems to suggest an orderly parking process.
