These guys are serious, they have the tyranny and they have a plan. Check this out:

There are 4 universities teaching Kiswahili in China and yet in the Kiswahili speaking world they are only building the SGR and Thika Highway and maybe a port in Daresallam yet they have 4 universities teaching Kiswahili.

In Addis Ababa they are building apartmants a train network and the main railway to Djibouti.

In Angola they are building everything and the number of Chinese there is more than 250,000.

And even as we think that their projects in Africa are massive they are nothing compared to what they plan for South America. A Transcontinental High speed Railway from Brazil to Peru and a canal through Nicaragua with greater capacity than the one in Panama!!!!!

Chinese ni ngumu sana, tried my hand at japanese sometime back gave up after the teacher celebrated the first 3 months with raw fish, and to think I had only been taken through romanji - was still to make any sense of hiragana or katakana and there was still the complex kanji to throw in - and chinese is made up of more complex kanji.
