I was recently involved in an accident(no one was injured thankfully).The car was fixed by my insurer but the work appears to be substandard.They work done was poor.Do I have any reprive or should I just count my losses and walk away?

I believe your insurer just paid the bill but the work was done by an Appointed garage. Right? Go to your insurer and lodge a complaint, preferably a written one.
