The plot sizes are 1/8th. I was there towards the end of last year and the plots were going for 2.5 m. They tried to lie to me "Only a few plots remaining. You better hurry." Then I later saw adverts everywhere including a billboard and I was wondering "Kwani hizi few remaining kulienda aje". The distance they have noted on the bronchure from Ruiru town is also a lie. The distance is almost double. I don't like dealing with dishonest people especially when they promise me that they will provide most of the amenities they are talking about AFTER I sign on the dotted line and pay!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Golf gani??? Tu 1/8th tumekatakatwa, a wall and a gate! Gated community pap! The land touching the road reserved for flats and commercial center. The "serviced" plots will be serviced "later". The only thing done is tu-roads by a grader. And I suspect they are not related to Thika Greens. Remember the word Ruiru is not protected neither is the word green(s). Next will be Ruai Greens, next to the sewage!!!

Just read from one of their billboards saying "90 sold"!!! Just wondered, did they have to invest that much for the remaining 10%?? If its true the 90% have been sold, and everything is okay, Word of Mouth should have been able to do the rest of the marketing.
