Now someone has got a chance to eat! Probably that was the plan all along!!! It's my time to eat. Okay, it is always my time to eat!!!Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

You can sure only less than 10 million will be used to do the actual work. Hiyo ingine itakunyua maji!!! (pun most definitely intended!) The city/county has the manpower and the equipment and machinery required. Ann Waiguru has instructed 10,000 National Youth Service feĺlows to assist in the unclogging of the drains. What exactly is the 50 million going to be used for??? And the worst part is that this might have been planned. Drown a bit, get water all over your house and car so that we we say we used 50 million to sort that mess, you don't ask too many questions! Sema devil-ution!!! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Sema devil-ution!!! The city kanjo has a whole department with hundreds of workers on the payroll whose job is to maintain drainage systems. Why use an extra 50m for them to do what they are employed to do? Also how was the figure of 50m arrived at? Were any studies done? This is just a move to siphon 50m of our taxes.
