Either baba's an extremely poor judge of character or sijui. Look at all the 'pentagon' members and now the 'principles'. All these Ps seem to elude him including the big P. From a 2005 article Quote: The Kanu government felt so threatened by the preacher that it took advantage of his trip to Germany, which also coincided with the expiry of his passport, to declare him a non-Kenyan on the grounds that Sheikh Balala was a Yemeni by descent and that he failed to renounce the status on his 23rd birthday in conformity with the Kenyan constitution that does not provide for dual citizenship.
