Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

You can sure only less than 10 million will be used to do the actual work. Hiyo ingine itakunyua maji!!! (pun most definitely intended!)

The city/county has the manpower and the equipment and machinery required. Ann Waiguru has instructed 10,000 National Youth Service feĺlows to assist in the unclogging of the drains. What exactly is the 50 million going to be used for???

And the worst part is that this might have been planned. Drown a bit, get water all over your house and car so that we we say we used 50 million to sort that mess, you don't ask too many questions!

Wooi eh these guys do not even have the essential materials.Reminds me of the army guys we say in pokot cutting a tree using an axe. First take 1 million of the 50 planned and buy these guys the stuff they need.
