Reminds me of a book I once chanced upon: 'Straight and clear thinking' by Robert Thouless I believe. Structuring sentences can really lead to confusion.
For example, do you mean that:
1. All or most 'ugus' recruits are lawyers and none or very few are D+ material?
2. Or is it that 'ugus' recruit some lawyers and some D+ people?
Are all Kenya police recruits D+ material?
Finally, 'law graduate' and 'D+ guys' are emotional expressions that just show who or what we fancy, nothing more. Therefore still adding to the confusion (plus 'ugus').
