I have seen a fence all the way from the new cabanas stage to the foot bridge near liberty plaza, that should keep the fools from killig themselves it's so sad yesterday saw another body on thika road, I think it was a hit and run , the sad part is that he most likely died of being run over by other cars and not the first one.
