This was to show how he would send the Messiah (pbuh) to his death but save him at the last minute and replace him with the sacrficial lamb aka Judas Iscariot. Happy? Almost happy, sister Guru. Almost. So: 1. Allah saved Abraham's son (a human) from death. 2. Allah saved Jesus (a human) from death. Therefore Allah can and does save human beings from death? Are you able to confidently say Allah has saved you or will save you? Are you saved? Guru? @Muriel I have only one answer for you.. The Almighty does whatever He wills, whenever He wills and however He wills! I am not disputing that your Allah does whatever he wills, whenever he wills and however he wills. I am asking if you are saved. Has your Allah saved you? Or do you expect him to save you, seeing you are a pious Muslim and he saved pious Muslims like the boy and Issa?

The Qur'an says the Messiah (Jesus Christ) was born of the virgin Mary, incarnate of the Holy Spirit, could raise people from the dead, is seated at the right hand of the Almighty and called people to worship one God. Enlighten me how this differs with the story of the Bible? Mark 12:29
