I find it awkward and in bad taste. It's like hitting someone and warn them later that you'll hit them.

They now want new entrants into their ponzi scheme. Reading that Kenyans are into real estate, they have 'sweetened' their dealings with " a housing" project. They are warning you metaphorically, as the house always wins. Put a wager at your own risk.Shame on you Shame on you Shame on you
