Sadly most of the projects I see are opportunities to eat with half hearted attempts to fully implement. The result is a graveyard of un implemented wasteful projects. Life is short. So what is wrong with our current number plates? Will having digital numbers put more ugali on wanjiko's table.

Does anyone know if KCB number plates are out?
