Just wondering..has Nairobi County/Municipality ever issued a bond?They keep complaining of not having cash and then raising rates and fees..

Haha....thats a nice one....their credit ratings are so low that they only qualify for junk bonds which kenya's investors find non-palatable..

Actually NCC used to issue municipal bonds which were even listed at the london stock exchange. The last bond was in 1980 and obviously they defaulted. The rating would be C to D which means default imminent with little prospect of recoveryLaughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly
