Just wondering..has Nairobi County/Municipality ever issued a bond?They keep complaining of not having cash and then raising rates and fees..

Actually NCC used to issue municipal bonds which were even listed at the london stock exchange. The last bond was in 1980 and obviously they defaulted. The rating would be C to D which means default imminent with little prospect of recovery
